Refund policy

If you’d like to return your TrumpSuks order for whatever reason, we'll be here to help. We offer free returns within 10 days from the time your order was marked as delivered. You can return products for store credit or get a refund to the original payment method. However, because every purchase on our site supports a charity or nonprofit, we cannot refund the amount that has already been donated. Read on for details.

Here are the exceptions to our return policy:

 - Discounted items and items bought on store credit are final and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be in their original, Brand New condition and in their original packaging.
- Straws that have been used cannot be returned.

If you request a return, we will verify that the item meets these standards after we've received it in the mail, and a refund will be issued at our discretion. Currently, the amount that gets donated on all our our store's products is 10%, which means we can refund 90% of the cost of your purchase. The percentage we donate may increase as we grow—however, if you need to refund an order that donated 10% at the time of purchase, you can still get back 90% even if we changed our storewide donation policy the next day.

Here's some additional Information:

 - Return and refund requests are handled by our small team on a rolling basis. Please allow a week or more for us to process your request.
 - Return shipping fees will be calculated per order. Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping on returns.
 - We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
 - For returns outside the US, send us an email as described below and let us know about your situation. We'll do our best to help you out.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at hey.trumpsuks@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request" and the order number somewhere in the body. Your order number can be found under our Account page here. It should look something like "#TS1000".
